Open Question: I'm upside down in my house and need to move... advice?

I own a home in Stanwood, Wa. My fiance lives in Walla Walla, Wa and I will be moving there this summer. The problem is that I am about 25k upside down in my home right now and there is no way we can afford to keep paying my mortgage. It doesn't look like I can even rent my home to cover my mortgage.
