Voting Question: Question about phone service ! URGENT ! please help ! ?

So me and my mom just moved to walla walla washington from santa barbara california ( huge differences !) and our fone provider is apparently only opened in cali , and so our fones arent working currently but the other day we saw a commercial about just having to switch your sim card & it costs $40 er $45 a month and you can keep yoir current fones , but we dont know what the place offerring this deal was called ! :( but it must be near walla walla wa cause it was on a commercial on our tv .
